If you’re ready to take a step toward relating to God in real community with others, Sunday Night Connections is the best place to start connecting more deeply in the Resurrection Community (“Belong” on our path). This is a regular meeting for anyone Sunday nights 5-6:30 PM at the Brock house (RSVP for address)

What is Sunday night connections?

Sunday night connections is a place for connecting people to people and the Bible to life. Each Sunday has a different topic for discussion and Biblical application in a way that also helps us connect more deeply with one another and better understand Resurrection as a church. The topics generally follow a monthly rotation (frequently adjusted for calendar specifics):

  • 1st Sunday: Current Events

  • 2nd Sunday: How the Church Works

  • 3rd Sunday: Celebration (often at a different time)

  • 4th Sunday: History & Theology for Today

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! Preschool and elementary kids will generally play together outside or upstairs. Middle and high school students have their own 3 Strands youth group meeting at the same time

Do I have to come every week?

No, you’re certainly welcome to come just on those weeks that work for your schedule or particular topics that interest you. And while Sunday Night Connections happens most weeks, it does not actually happen EVERY week, especially if there is another special event that weekend (like a fellowship lunch or camping trip, so we do appreciate a heads-up if you’re coming (see below)

Is there food?

We always try to be hospitable, so there are is always coffee and tea and sometimes light snacks, but this is more of a discussion time than a dinner time.
